The whole point is to understand what more square feet of area do for you. Well-designed home with a more square foot area needs to meet your requirement. An efficient design with even a mid-sized unit of 1700-1800 sft also could do wonders. You need to develop an eye for appreciating the designs, and balancing against your family needs.

For instance, in design three (Large 3 BHK above), the area allotted to the servant room could be added to the bedrooms/bathrooms to give you more airy space. If you don’t want the servant to live under the same roof, this design is NOT good for you, and you could instead have more space elsewhere.

“A huge mistake that many of us make is to work hard our entire life for money and not require money to work for us in return.”

– Daniel Willey
